The original purpose of this site was to share my photographs from various countries with a wider

audience. Now it seems to have morphed into sharing my photos of Crete with as many people as

possible. I guess that it is true to say that Crete has captured my heart and soul since my first visit in

1997 and I hope that in my photographs, you will also appreciate the Crete that I love. Through them, I

have attempted to show the Crete that remains somewhat oblivious and often missed, by the majority of

visitors. The Cretan villages in all their beauty and dereliction; the annual and colourful celebrations such

as Easter, namedays and, the Raki making. I also hope that my photographs show the beauty and

grandeur of the Cretan landscape.
